Quartz broadcast systems use uniform graded quartz aggregate embedded into an epoxy base coat, then sealed under a durable clear topcoat. The result is a thick, seamless floor with a distinctive natural texture that outperforms standard epoxy and flake systems in the most demanding conditions.
The quartz aggregate creates a uniformly textured surface with outstanding slip resistance — making it the system of choice for wet environments like pool decks, patios, commercial kitchens, restrooms, and locker rooms. Unlike decorative flake, quartz provides a functional texture that meets or exceeds OSHA and ADA slip-resistance requirements.
The system is also fully seamless and non-porous, which means zero grout lines for bacteria to hide in and near-effortless cleaning. It resists most commercial cleaners, diluted acids, fats, oils, and the UV exposure that breaks down lesser coatings over time.

Surface Preparation
We diamond-grind the concrete to open the surface profile, remove contaminants, and fill any cracks or spalls. A proper mechanical prep is the foundation of a lasting system.
Epoxy Base Coat + Quartz Broadcast
A pigmented epoxy base is applied, then quartz aggregate is broadcast to full rejection — meaning the surface is completely saturated with quartz for a uniform texture wall to wall.
Clear Topcoat
A premium polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat is applied to lock in the quartz, seal the surface, and add UV and chemical resistance. We offer matte, satin, and gloss finishes.
