Metallic Epoxy Flooring
That Makes a Statement

Hand-crafted on-site using premium pigments and professional-grade resins. No two floors are ever alike — yours will be one of a kind.

What Is Metallic Epoxy

A Floor Unlike Anything You've Seen Before

Metallic epoxy is a specialized flooring system that uses metallic pigments suspended in a high-performance epoxy resin base. The result is a fluid, three-dimensional appearance that mimics polished marble, flowing water, or molten metal — all hand-crafted by our skilled installers on-site.

Unlike standard coatings, metallic epoxy is manipulated during installation using specialized tools and techniques. Our installers use heat guns, rollers, and squeegees to create unique swirl patterns, peaks, and depth effects that are impossible to replicate — meaning every floor we install is a truly one-of-a-kind work of art.

Applied in multiple coats — a moisture-barrier primer, metallic base coat, and a thick clear polyaspartic topcoat — metallic epoxy floors are not just beautiful, they're engineered for durability. They resist UV yellowing, chemicals, abrasion, and are completely seamless, making them easy to clean and maintain for decades.

Our Process

How We Install Metallic Epoxy

1

Surface Preparation

We diamond-grind the concrete to open the pores and create a mechanical bond profile. Cracks and imperfections are filled and repaired before any coating is applied.

2

Primer Coat

A moisture-barrier epoxy primer is applied to the prepared surface, ensuring maximum adhesion and blocking any moisture vapor transmission that could cause delamination.

3

Metallic Base Coat

The metallic pigment-infused epoxy base coat is poured and spread across the floor. Our installers use heat guns and specialized tools to create the unique swirl and movement patterns.

4

Clear Topcoat & Cure

A thick polyaspartic or polyurethane clear topcoat is applied for maximum protection, gloss, and UV stability. The floor cures fully within 24–72 hours before use.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Most residential projects (1–2 car garages, single rooms) are completed in 2–3 days: one day for surface prep and primer, one day for the metallic coat and topcoat. Larger spaces or multi-room projects may take 3–5 days.
In most cases, we install metallic epoxy directly over concrete. Existing coatings, tile, or vinyl typically need to be removed first to ensure proper adhesion. We'll assess your surface during the free consultation.
Metallic epoxy is extremely low-maintenance. Sweep or dust mop regularly, and mop with a pH-neutral cleaner as needed. Avoid harsh abrasives or acid-based cleaners. With proper care, your floor will maintain its shine for decades.
The standard topcoat has moderate slip resistance. For areas where additional grip is needed (bathrooms, pool areas, commercial kitchens), we can add an anti-slip additive to the topcoat at no extra charge.
Minor chips or scratches can typically be spot-repaired. Because metallic epoxy is hand-crafted, large repairs may be noticeable due to the unique pattern variations. We recommend protecting high-traffic areas with furniture pads and floor mats.
