Quartz Broadcast
Epoxy Systems

The ultimate combination of beauty and durability. Quartz aggregate broadcast systems deliver unmatched slip resistance, chemical protection, and a refined natural texture for demanding indoor and outdoor environments.

What Are Quartz Systems

Engineered for the Toughest Environments

Quartz broadcast systems use uniform graded quartz aggregate embedded into an epoxy base coat, then sealed under a durable clear topcoat. The result is a thick, seamless floor with a distinctive natural texture that outperforms standard epoxy and flake systems in the most demanding conditions.

The quartz aggregate creates a uniformly textured surface with outstanding slip resistance — making it the system of choice for wet environments like pool decks, patios, commercial kitchens, restrooms, and locker rooms. Unlike decorative flake, quartz provides a functional texture that meets or exceeds OSHA and ADA slip-resistance requirements.

The system is also fully seamless and non-porous, which means zero grout lines for bacteria to hide in and near-effortless cleaning. It resists most commercial cleaners, diluted acids, fats, oils, and the UV exposure that breaks down lesser coatings over time.

The System

Built Layer by Layer

Every quartz installation follows a precise multi-coat process that ensures maximum bond strength, durability, and a consistent finish.

1

Surface Preparation

We diamond-grind the concrete to open the surface profile, remove contaminants, and fill any cracks or spalls. A proper mechanical prep is the foundation of a lasting system.

Key Step
2

Epoxy Base Coat + Quartz Broadcast

A pigmented epoxy base is applied, then quartz aggregate is broadcast to full rejection — meaning the surface is completely saturated with quartz for a uniform texture wall to wall.

3

Clear Topcoat

A premium polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat is applied to lock in the quartz, seal the surface, and add UV and chemical resistance. We offer matte, satin, and gloss finishes.

Why Quartz Systems

Performance Where It Matters Most

Superior Slip Resistance

The quartz aggregate creates a consistent grip profile that exceeds OSHA and ADA standards — even when wet.

Chemical Resistant

Resists oils, fats, commercial cleaners, diluted acids, and sanitizing chemicals used in food-service and industrial environments.

Seamless & Hygienic

No grout lines or seams means nowhere for bacteria, mold, or grime to accumulate. Easy to sanitize and maintain.

UV Stable

Our polyaspartic topcoats are UV-resistant, preventing yellowing or fading on outdoor applications like pool decks and patios.

Impact Resistant

The thick quartz-filled system absorbs impact far better than bare concrete or thin-coat alternatives, standing up to heavy equipment and foot traffic.

3-Year Warranty

Every quartz installation is backed by our 3-year warranty because we stand behind every square foot we install.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Most residential areas can be completed in 1–2 days. Larger commercial spaces may require 2–3 days depending on square footage and the number of coats. We work efficiently to minimize disruption to your home or business.
Yes — quartz broadcast is one of the best outdoor flooring systems available. With a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat, the surface resists sun fading, water, and temperature fluctuations. It's ideal for pool decks, covered patios, and outdoor entertainment areas in Florida's climate.
Both are multi-coat broadcast systems, but quartz uses uniform mineral aggregate instead of vinyl chips. Quartz delivers higher slip resistance and better chemical resistance, making it the right choice for wet areas, food-service environments, and anywhere hygiene is critical. Flake systems are typically the better fit for garages and dry commercial spaces where a decorative look is the priority.
Yes. The sealed topcoat creates a non-porous surface with no grout lines or seams. A damp mop with a mild cleaner is all you need for routine maintenance. It handles commercial sanitizing chemicals, pressure washing, and heavy janitorial use without degrading.
In most cases, yes — as long as the existing concrete is structurally sound and properly prepared. We mechanically grind and profile the surface before applying any coatings. We'll assess your existing slab during the free on-site consultation and let you know if any remediation is needed first.
